摘要
比较了分散染料在涤纶和氨纶纤维上的染色差异,研究了聚甲基丙烯酰胺-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PMAM-DMDA)与分散染料的相互作用.通过正交试验法,分析了PMAM-DMDA及其他助剂在还原清洗中对涤纶和氨纶纤维防沾色性的影响.结果表明:在染色过程中,分散染料对氨纶的沾色不可避免,PMAM-DMDA与分散黄8GFF和分散红3B存在极强的相互作用,异丙醇和羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的存在,有利于提高防沾色效果.
Dyeing differences of disperse dyes in polyester and spandex fibers were compared. The interactions between poly methacrylamide-dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (PMAM-DMDA) and disperse dyes were studied. The effect of PMAM-DMDA and other agents on anti-staining properties of polyester and spandex fibers in reductive cleaning were analyzed using orthogonal test method. The results showed that the staining of disperse dyes to spandex in dyeing process was inevitable. There were strong interactions between PMAM-DMDA and Disperse Yellow 8GFF and Disperse Red 3B. The existences of isopropanol and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) were helpful to improve the effect of anti-staining.
