摘要
采用液相原位聚合法制备了聚苯胺/涤纶复合导电织物,并对其结构和性能进行了研究.结果表明:聚苯胺/涤纶复合导电织物为聚苯胺和涤纶织物的复合物,二者并未发生化学结合,复合织物基本保留了涤纶织物的力学性能,吸湿性能有所提高,具有较好的导电稳定性.
Polyaniline/polyester composite electric conductive fabric was prepared by in-situ polymerization in liquid phase, and the structure and properties of the composite fabric were studied. The results showed that the polyaniline/polyester composite electric conductive fabric was the complex of poiyaniline and polyester fabric. There was no chemical combination between the two composites. The fabric retained the basic mechanical properties of the polyester fabric. The moisture absorption of the composite fabric was improved. And the composite fabric had good electric conductivity stability.
