Thinking about Training Base Course Talents of Chinese Medicine

发展中医药事业,重点要加强中医药人才的教育,而对基层中医药人才的培养,主要应从建立基层中医药人才专业学习的激励与社会保障机制,建立适合基层中医药人才专业学习的渠道和方法2个方面着手,重点培养出一批基层中医药人才骨干队伍和领军人才,从而满足广大人民群众对中医药医疗服务的需求。

Talents are a source for development of Chinese medicine and they are fundamental.The development of traditional Chinese medicine should strengthen education of TCM talents.Trying hard from two respects which establish suitable incentives and social security mechanism and suitable learning channels and ways can help us rain a core group of base course of Chinese medicine professionals and leading talents for meeting the public＇s right of Chinese medicine services.
