Kindergarten teachers＇ professional development is an important tendency for child education reform. This essay analyzes the prominent features of teacher development on the basis of famous and excellent teachers＇ conditions. Some problems with teachers＇ professional development are explored from the aspects of internal and external factors, and some strategies for improving the present situation are suggested.
