摘要
目的从载人航天器环控生保系统地面性能模拟试验的需求出发,根据对试验模拟条件和乘员感受影响进行改进,提高试验评价准确性。方法由以往多次地面模拟载人环控生保系统性能试验,分析出模拟条件与进舱参试乘员感受差异对环控生保系统性能试验评价的影响因素,并针对这些影响提出解决问题的方法。结果改善模拟试验条件和改进设备布局后使舱内环境模拟更加接近实际,乘员感觉得到改善,提高了评价结果的客观性和准确性。结论解决好模拟舱设备布局差异、环境模拟差异以及试验人员生活感受对评价的影响等问题,可以做好载人航天器环控生保系统性能的地面模拟试验,对载人航天器的环控生保系统的性能做出正确评价。
Objective From the requirements of the performance simulating test for environment control and life support system (ECLSS) in manned spacecraft on the ground, based on the influences of test simulation conditions and crew sense on the test, to improve the accuracy for evaluation test. Methods According to previous many ECLSS performance tests on the ground, the influences of simulation condition difference and the in-chamber crew’s sense on evaluation to the ECLSS performance were analyzed and the solution to these influence problems were proposed. Results Due to the improvement of the test simulation conditions and equipment layouts,the simulating environment in the chamber approached the real environment, and crew sense got better, the objectivity and the accuracy for evaluating test results were improved. Conclusion If the problem such as the influence of equipments layout difference in the chamber, simulation environment difference and daily life sense of the crew in the chamber on ECLSS evaluation are solved successfully, the performance simulation test for ECLSS of the spacecraft on the ground will be conducted well, and correct evaluation to ECLSS performance of the spacecraft will be obtained.
