Design of 1200×500-508 off-road tire

介绍1200×500-508越野轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 152 mm,断面宽470 mm,行驶面宽度420 mm,行驶面弧度高32 mm,胎圈着合直径504.4 mm,胎圈着合宽度388 mm,花纹深度23 mm,采用越野块状花纹设计。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体分别采用6层1870dtex/2V1和2层1870dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用压辊包边成型机成型,双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,充气轮胎的外缘尺寸达到设计要求,物理性能和强度性能达到国家标准要求,耐久性能和高速性能符合企业标准要求。

A design of 1200 × 500- 508 off-road tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 152 mm, cross sectional width 470 mm,width of running surface 420 ram, height of running surface 32 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 504.4 ram,bead width at rim seat 388 mm,pattern depth 23 mm,with the design of off-road block tread pattern. In construction design, the following processes were taken：three-formula and four-piece extruded tread,6 layers 1870dtex/2V1 and 2 layers 1870dtex/2V2 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass ply,2 layers 930dtex/2V3 nylon 6 dipped cord for breaker ply;using press roll and tipping building machine to build tires, and using double mold shaping curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated overall dimension met the design requirements, physical property and strength performance met the requirements of national standard, and endurance property and high speed property met the requirements of enterprise standard.
