摘要
以江苏技术师范学院为例,对理工科毕业班女大学生的择业心态、职业规划、求职能力以及社会认知等与就业准备有关的情况进行了调查分析。结果表明,目前这些方面还不够理想,有的同学就业期望过高而能力不足,不能正确认识和评价自己。针对调查发现的问题,利用市场营销学的有关知识,为理工科女大学生设计了一套自我营销方案,希望能对理工科女大学生就业起到参考作用。
Exemplified by the Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology,the employment preparation situations,such as the view of choosing profession,the occupation plan,the abilities of seeking employment and the social cognition,of female university students of science and engineering are investigated in the article.The result indicated that,at present,the above aspects are not ideal.Some students' expectations are high and their abilities are insufficient.They cannot understand and appraise themselves correctly.In viewof the questions,a set of self-marketing plan was designed for the sciences and engineering female university students based on the related knowledge of marketing,hoping to help the female university students majoring in sciences and engineering.
