摘要
目的：探讨外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦（TCCF）的血管内治疗方法。方法：经股动脉入路，用可脱性球囊对16例TCCF患者进行栓塞治疗。结果：16例患者中，14例瘘口一次性完全闭塞，1例瘘口闭塞不全，1例瘘口太小未闭塞。结论：可脱性球囊栓塞性治疗tccf创伤小，疗效可靠，是目前较为理想的首选治疗方法。
Objective to study and compare the methods of endovascular embolization for the treatment of traumatic carctid cavernous fitula （TCCF）. Metods eighteen cases of TCCF were treated with detachable baloms cia femoral artery route. Results in 16 patients with TCCF, 14 cases were embolized entirely at the first time. lcases was emblazed partially. another caeses was failed to embolize because of small mouth of the fistula. Conclusions embolization of TCCF with detachable is safe, effective and reliable.it is the first choice for treatment of TCCF.
