益肾平肝法治疗高血压早期肾损害疗效观察

Treatment of Kidney Pinggan Observation of early renal damage in hypertension

目的：探讨益肾平肝方治疗原发性高血压早期肾损害的治疗效果。方法：回顾分析我科2009年1月-2010年2月的门诊及住院收治的原发性高血压早期肾损害患者138例临床资料。结果：两组治疗8w后血压与治疗前比较均明显降低，差异显著（P〈0．01）；观察组治疗后TRF与对照组比较明显降低，差异显著（P〈0．01）；两组MA、β2-MG、NAG、IgG治疗后均较治疗前含量明显降低，差异显著（P〈0．05），两组TRF含量治疗后均较治疗前明显降低，差异显著（P〈0．01）。两组均无明显的不良反应发生。结论：益肾平肝法治疗高血压早期肾损害有明显减少尿微量蛋白，保护肾脏的作用，无明显毒副作用，值得推广应用。

Objective Treatment of Kidney Pinggan of early renal damage in hypertension treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of our department in January 2009 -2010 in February of outpatients and inpatients with essential hypertension were treated 138 patients with early renal damage in patients with clinical data. Results 8w blood pressure after treatment in both groups before treatment were significantly lower, the difference was significant （P〈0.01）; TRF observation group compared with the control group decreased, the difference was significant （P〈0.01）; two MA, β 2-MG, NAG, IgG after treatment than before treatment were significantly lower, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, the two groups after treatment TRF content significantly decreased, the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. There were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusions Treatment of Kidney Pinggan early renal damage in hypertension significantly reduced urine protein, in protection of kidney function, no obvious side effects, should be widely applied.
