HPLC测定蝶龙止咳汤中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Dielongzhike Decoction by HPLC

目的建立蝶龙止咳汤中黄芩苷的HPLC含量测定方法,为蝶龙止咳汤的新药开发提供参考。方法色谱柱:Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(47∶53);检测波长:280 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温:30℃。结果黄芩苷在0.112～1.12μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000);加样回收实验中平均回收率99.67%,RSD为1.26%(n=6)。结论本法操作简捷,结果准确可靠,适用于蝶龙止咳汤中黄芩苷的含量测定。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of baicalin in Dielongzhike decoction,so as to effectively control its quality.Methods Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used as the column,and methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid（47∶53） was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 280 nm（baicalin）.Results The calibration curve of baicalin was linear in the ranger of 0.112～1.12 μg（r=1.000）.The average recovery rate was 99.67%,and RSD was 1.26%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate.It can be used to determine the content of baicalin in Dielongzhike decoction.
