本院54例药品不良反应报告分析

Analysis on 54 Cases on Adverse Drug Reactions Report in the 12th People's Hospital of Guangzhou

目的了解本院药品不良反应的发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法对本院2009-03～2010-03收集到的54例药品不良反应报告进行回顾性分析。结果静脉给药途径引发的ADR最多,占总报告例数的68.5%;抗微生物药品的ADR发生率最高,占35.2%;皮肤及其附件损害最常见,占总报告例数的50%。结论加强ADR的监测,及时上报ADR报告,合理规范使用药物,减少或避免ADR的发生。

Objective To investigate the occurrence of adverse drug reactions in our hospital and to promote rational drug use in the clinic.Methods 54 ADR cases collected in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively from March 2009 to March 2010.Results Of the 54 ADR cases,68.5% were administered by intravenously,35.2% were associated with antibacterials,and 50% manifested as lesions of skin and the appendants.Conclusion Professional staff training should be strengthened.Adverse drug reactions should be reported timely and the use of drugs should be rationalized,so as to lessen or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
