越鞠丸治疗恶劣心境的疗效观察

Observation of Effect on Dysthymia Treated with Yueju Pills

目的探讨越鞠丸治疗恶劣心境的疗效和安全性。方法收集2008-02～2009-12江门市新会沙堤医院门诊及住院心境恶劣患者90例。随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用越鞠丸治疗,对照组单用氟西汀治疗,疗程均为12 w。分别于治疗前和治疗后采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效。结果治疗12 w后,两组患者疗效间差别无显著性意义(χ2=0.05,P=0.82)。治疗后治疗组不良反应明显少于对照组(t=-4.42,P=0.00)。结论越鞠丸用于恶劣心境是一种有效、安全的疗法。

Objective To explore the effect and safety of Yueju pills in the treatment of dysthymia.Methods A total of 90 patients with dysthymia were collected in Xinhui Shadi hospital from 2008-02 to 2009-12.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with Yueju pills,and patients in the control group were treated with fluoxetine.Patients in both group were treated for 12 w.The Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect before and after the treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the 2 groups in clinical efficacy（χ2=0.05,P=0.82）.However,the adverse effects in the experimental group were significantly fewer than those in the control group（t=-4.42,P=0.00）.Conclusion Yueju pills is a safe and effective method in the treatment of dysthymia.
