摘要
涂装喷淋系统对前处理的喷淋效果起着重要的作用,喷淋泵的流量与扬程决定喷嘴的压力和流量,决定着喷淋效果。本文通过对喷淋管路系统进行实例计算,合理选择喷嘴及其喷淋压力,准确计算喷淋泵的流量及扬程,对管路进行优化,降低局部阻力及扬程阻力,从而节省成本,提高经济效益。
Spraying system plays a vital role in pre - treatment, flow rate and delivery lift of spraying pump decides the pressure and flow rate of nozzle. This paper calculates an example of spray piping system , chooses a suitable spraying pressure of nozzle, and gets the optimal flow rate and delivery lift of spraying pump. From this calculating result, we can get an optimal spraying system, with low local resistance and low cost.
