摘要
20～40%的脑卒中患者,无论其此前是否诊断为糖尿病,均可在卒中发生后出现高血糖,称为卒中后高血糖(poststroke hyperglycemia,PSH)。PSH是脑卒中预后的一个重要预测因子,PSH能预测脑卒中患者的死亡风险及神经功能恢复情况。
Data show that 20 to-40% of stroke patients, regardless of whether a previous diagnosis of diabetes, can occur in high blood glucose after stroke, known as hyperglycemia after stroke （ post stroke hyperglycemia PSH）. PSH is an important predictor of prognosis of stroke, PSH can predict the risk of death and recovery of neurological function for patients with stroke.
