Taking some hospital as the example, the paper illustrates the indispensable relationship among the buildings, the environment and the functions, and indicates some factors, including the creativity inspiration, the regional and ecological factors by taking the ocean as the matrix, so as to create a vivid and active hospital building which can also promote the space environment quality.
