The paper points out the human-oriented idea is the main theme .for China in 21st century, indicates the new edition of the Law of urban and country planning provides the clear direction for the public policy attribute and the humanized thoughts of the urban planning, and analyzes the new thoughts in the urban planning of new times with the human-oriented thought from six aspects, including the reasonable layout of the land resource, the effective use of urban traffic, so as to offer suggestions for the future urban construction in China.
