In this paper, the contents and methods of quality inspection and seismic appraiser for concrete structure buildings are presented. Use the method of software calculate and some standard appraisen to seismic checking computations for structure, some strengthening methods are given for beam, column etc. inadequate capacity elements to improve the seismic performance of buildings and meet the relevant specifications requirements.
