From the reasonable selection of the flat and facade shapes, the reasonable layout for the vertical walls and horizontal walls, the ef fective design for the ring beam and component columns, the paper illustrates the seismic design for houses of multi-storey brick-concrete structure, and points out relative quality guarantee measures, so as to ensure the buildings＇ quality, and reduce the damages caused by disasters to human beings maximally.
