摘要
目的：研究护肝茶对护肝及免疫功能的影响。方法：观察其对诱发动物三种肝炎模型细胞免疫、体液免疫及非特异性免疫试验的影响；以及对体外抗乙肝病毒试验、对肝药酶的影响。结果：研究表明，该药对四氯化碳、硫代乙酰胺和氨基半乳糖引起小鼠及大鼠的急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用，能降低谷丙转氨酶；缩短ＣＣｌ４肝损伤小鼠戊巴比妥钠的睡眠时间；抑制体外乙肝病毒表面抗原；对非特异性免疫有一定增强作用。
Objective:To study the effects of Hugancha tea on liver protection and immunity functions Methods:In three kinds of experimental hepatitis,specific and non specific immunological tests,anti hepatitis virus tests in vitro and drug metabolic enzymes in liver were observed Results:It is suggested that the drug significantly protectes liver from CCl 4,thioacetamide and galactosamine in mice and rats,lowers the activity of enzyme ALT in serum,shorten the sleep duration of CCl 4 damaged mice induced by embuter,inhibites HBsAg in vitro,and potentiates non specific immunity in mice and rats
