食管癌组织中HPV16、18E6蛋白和P^(21)、P^(53)癌基因产物的免疫组化研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用SP免疫组化法对柳州地区45例食管鳞状细胞癌和25例食管粘膜慢性炎对照组材料进行HPV16,18E6蛋白和P21ras、P53癌基因蛋白产物的检测。结果显示:癌组中E6、P21ras和P53的阳性率分别为66.44%,88.89%和62.22%,与对照组相比差异十分显著(P<0.01)。癌组中E6、P53呈双阳性者为51.11%(23/45),且86.95%(20/23)二者阳性着色表达在相同区域同一癌细胞核内,似表明HPV16,18E6可与P53结合从而导致野生型P53的突变或降解。P21ras与P53,P53与E6的阳性表达均具显著相关性(P<0.05)。提示:HPV16,18感染与活化的癌基因协同,在本地区食管癌发生机制中起着重要的作用。
