This paper firstly points out that the construction project cost is throughout the entire construction process. Starting from this base,it discusses a few key points of construction cost control, such as determining scientific and rational design program, developing rigorous contract terms, strengthening cost oontrol during construction process, so as to better guide the practice, to create the greatest benefits with the lowest cost.
