By combining with the concept of the program quality costs management, the paper illustrates the significance of the quality costs management in the construction projects in colleges, analyzes the internal relationship between the quality costs and the capiud construction projects in colleges, and points out some suggestions for applying the quality costs management in the capital construction projects in colleges, so as to ensure the quality of the college projects and save the costs.
