指出获取项目是企业生存的前提,项目盈利是企业发展的基础,要实现项目盈利,必须了解并控制好影响项目盈利的关键因素,从投标和建设两个阶段分析了影响项目盈利能力的一些关键因素,以期能为项目管理者提供借鉴。

For the project is the premise of business survival, profit is the base of enterprise to develop, to realize the project profitability, we must better understand and control the key factors affecting project profitability. This paper analyzes two-stage tendering and construction projects affecting the profitability of some of the key factors, in order to provide a reference for the project manager.
