主要从房地产开发的角度,阐述在房地产项目开发中房地产开发项目的成本费用构成,着重分析了项目前期和施工阶段影响成本费用的主要因素等成本控制的重要环节,以期顺利实现房地产项目管理成本控制目标。

Mainly from the perspective of real estate development, it explained real estate development project cost structure in the process of the real estate project development, and analyzed main factors affecting cost control during previous project stage and construction stage, in order to successfully achieve cost control objective of the real estate project management.
