摘要
以AZ31变形镁合金为例,建立数值计算模型,利用ANSYS软件的参数化程序语言APDL编制了焊接过程三维瞬态温度场模拟分析程序,进行了有限元模拟,并与实测结果进行了对比,结果吻合良好。
Taking AZ31 wrought magnesium alloy as an example,this paper established the numerical model,compiled the welding process three-dimensional transient temperature field simulation analysis program by using parametric programming language APDL in ANSYS software,and carried out a finite element simulation.The results were compared with the measured results,and they were in good agreement.
