介绍了软件UG NX4.0的机构仿真功能,详细说明了UG运动仿真的方法和步骤。在此基础上对薄壁零件冲压机的仿真过程作了较详细的陈述,给出了滑块的位移、速度和加速度曲线,为进一步进行动力学分析奠定了基础。
Bases on the introduction of UG NX4.0 simulation of mechanisms,the method and procedure how to realize the motion simulation based on UG has been presented in the paper.The result of motion simulation can be showed in graphic and spreadsheet in order to provide the reference for the optimized design of mechanisms.This paper described the motion simulation of a punch in detail,and presented the curves of displacement,velocity and acceleration of the slide.This work has laid the basis for the further dynamic analysis.
