摘要
在构建微硬盘悬臂梁实体模型的基础上,利用ANSYS软件对其各部位进行了有限元网格划分。利用理论分析和软件仿真相结合的方式对1.8英寸微硬盘悬臂梁焊点结合处进行耦合方式比较,研究了建模过程中影响精度的因素。结果显示,模型计算与仿真数据较好,验证了焊点耦合方式选择的正确性和有效性。
The entity model of the micro hard disk driver suspension is established,the finite element meshes of the various parts are generated by ANSYS.The paper compares the influences of coupling methods of the spot-welds on the modeling accuracy of 1.8 inch micro hard disk drive suspension by theoretical analysis and computer simulation.Results show the choice of spot-weld coupling mode is effective.
