摘要
针对目前六梁式桥式起重机的水平刚架结构复杂且超静定次数较多,而运用其他求解方法复杂且容易出错等问题,基于有限单元法理论推导出求解六梁桥式起重机水平刚架内力的公式,并通过VB编程实现。研究表明:建立的六梁桥式起重机水平刚架内力的计算模型适用于计算机编程,具有计算速度快、精度高等特点,能应用于工程实际。
In this paper,the finite element method was used to analyze the horizontal frame of overhead traveling crane,the calculation formulas for the frame internal force were deduced,and relevant calculation program was compiled by Visual Basic.The program can be used to calculate the internal force of horizontal frame quickly and precisely,with a certain practical value in engineering.
