摘要
PLC在工业生产中应用非常广泛。首先对PLC控制系统进行分析,并建立了一种通用故障模型;然后采用FTA(Fault Tree Analysis)方法对控制系统进行分析,确定控制系统的薄弱环节,依据通用故障模型构建了基于PLC的故障诊断系统。
The application of programmable logic controller(PLC) in industrial control is very extensive.According to the analysis of PLC control system,a general fault model is built up.Then faulty parts of the control system are found out by fault tree analysis(FTA).At last,the fault diagnosis system based on PLC is developed according to the general fault model.
