不规则物料等间距输送控制技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 在自动化生产系统中,供送料系统是至关重要的一环,均匀的供料是生产线上下一工序得以有效工作的保障。对于不规则物料的下料控制,传统的积放缓冲办法并不适用,针对这一问题建立了随机下料控制模型。在MATLAB环境下编程,并对主要参数假设赋值,通过大量虚拟试验考察不同参数变量下系统的控制效果,得出带速限制和下料离散度两个参数对控制结果的影响趋势。 In automatic production system,feeding system is a crucial part.A uniform production line will make the system work effectively.For irregular materials' feeding control,the traditional buffer method is not suitable.This paper established a stochastic control model,programmde in MATLAB environment,supposed the main parameters,through a large number of virtual experiments with the different parameters to analyze the control effects,to make a conclusion about the influences of the belt speed and the degree of discrete of the material on the control effects.
