摘要
通过对退火线涂层烘干炉钢带垂度控制系统的研究,提出了其国产化改造的设计方法。针对机组停车时钢带拖底等问题,进行了参数优化和调试数据的论述。
After the research on the control system for the annealing line＇s drying furnace sag gauge,the paper brings forward the design method of its localization.Moreover,the paper discusses the data commissioning and optimization based on the program design,to find the solution to the problem such as the strip bottoming in the course of running stop.
