This article introduces the research and application of an adjusting device for deformed bar spriral line forming.This device is mainly used for the upper and lower roller＇s phase position adjustment by making each single roller adjusted within designed scope.It can solve the difficulties in rolling steel process such as rib forming spiral line in finishing rolling rebar and righ rotated anchor rebar.The equipment is featured by simple structure,reliable operation,and so on.It is highly valuable of application and popularization.
