摘要
建立了绞车盘式制动器中使用的碟形弹簧的数学模型,并对其进行了优化设计。以体积最小为目标,取碟簧的外径、内径、厚度和自由高度为设计变量。为求得全局最优解,运用MATLAB软件进行优化。结果表明,该方法简便可行。
The mathematical model of the belleville spring of a winch disc brake is established,and the optimum design of the spring is carried out,which takes the minimum volume as optimization objective,and the outside diameter,inside diameter,thickness,height as a group of design variables.The MATLAB software is used to get global optimum solution.The result shows that the method is simple and efficient.
