摘要
通过抽查154批次糕点产品进行溴酸盐含量、铝含量和微生物指标的检测,对中山市糕点类食品进行安全监测。结果表明:有11批次的产品铝含量超标,2批次的产品检出金黄色葡萄球菌。没有出现在糕点食品中添加非食品用原料及非法添加物—溴酸钾的现象,应继续加强对此类食品的安全监测。
Bromate content,aluminum content and microbiological index of 154 pastry samples collected from Zhongshan markets were investigated in the first half of 2010.Results showed that 11 samples contained excessive aluminum and 2 samples were contaminated with Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach.Bromate aluminum,a kind of illegal additives,was not found in the examined pastry samples.
