手术与传统疗法对锁骨中段骨折患者生活质量的影响

Influence of Surgery or Non-surgery on Quality of Life in Patients with Midshaft Clavicular Fracture

目的:比较锁骨中段骨折手术与传统疗法的疗效。方法:2007年1月～2008年1月我院收治77例锁骨中段骨折患者。其中手术治疗组53例,采用切开复位AO钛钢板内固定术;传统疗法组24例,采用手法复位8字绷带外固定。对所有患者治疗前、及治疗后1个月、3个月、15个月进行生活质量评分。结果:2组患者治疗后1个月内,生活质量得分相当,3个月后传统疗法组患者生活质量得分高于手术治疗组。结论:锁骨中段骨折传统疗法疗效较好,可以作为锁骨中段骨折患者的首选治疗方法。

Objective：To probe the way of the treatment of midshaft clavicular fracture. Methods：From January 2007 to January 2008,a total of 77 patients,who aged from 15 to 71 years old and had midshaft clavicle fracture,were treated with surgery or non-surgery treatment and followed up for 15 months. Among them,53 patients were treated with plate fixation,24 patients with closed reduction and a figure-of-eight bandage fixation. Quality of life scores were evaluated at the first day and at one,three,and fifteen months after treatment.Results：At the first month after treatment,there was no difference between the two ways of treatment,and after three months,non-surgery treatment was better than surgery treatment according to the quality of life scores. Conclusion：It is considered that non-surgery treatment is the first selected curative method in midshaft clavicular fracture.
