反折复位掌、背侧超宽二块夹板固定治疗尺桡骨青枝骨折

Reverse Reduction and Fixation with Two Broad Splints at Palmar and Dorsal Side for Radius-and-ulna Greenstick Fracture

目的:观察反折复位掌、背侧超宽二块夹板固定治疗尺桡骨青枝骨折治疗中的效果。方法:尺桡骨青枝骨折300例,其中150例采用反折复位掌、背侧超宽二块夹板固定治疗,对照组反折复位掌、背、尺桡侧四块夹板固定150例,观察其临床效果。结果:全部患者骨折复位、前臂旋转功能、肘关节屈伸功能优良率约在97%以上,无1例明显畸形愈合,未发生不愈合。结论:反折复位掌、背侧超宽二块夹板固定治疗尺桡骨青枝骨折具有整复容易、固定可靠、简单易行等优点。

Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of reverse reduction and fixation with two broad splints at palmar and dorsal side for treating radius-and-ulna greenstick fracture.Methods：Of 300 cases of radius-and-ulna greenstick fracture,150 cases received reverse reduction and were fixed with two broad splints at palmar and dorsal side,while the other 150 in the control group received reverse reduction,and then were fixed with four splints placed at the palmar,dorsal,ulnar and radial side. Effects in both groups were observed.Results：The reduction of fracture,forearm rotation as well as elbow flexion function of all patients had excellent rate of above 97%,without obvious malunion or nonunion.Conclusion：Reverse reduction and fixation with two broad splints at palmar and dorsal side has the advantages of easy reduction,stable fixation and simple application.
