Research on the Knowledge-sharing of Organizational Informal Network Based on SNA

在分析介绍社会网络理论和方法的基础上,利用社会网络分析(SNA)挖掘企业内部非正式网络知识共享结构,通过建立分析模型,实现非正式网络知识交流探究的定性与定量方法的有效结合,并应用模型对具体的实例进行分析研究,最后对研究结果提出针对性的改进措施。

Based on analysis of social network method, SNA method is utilized to discover the knowledge-sharing model of organizational informal network, upon which a practical frame is provided to realize the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. And a concrete example is researched by the frame, at last, a series of improved measures are proposed.
