650nm半导体激光治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床观察

Diabetic foot ulcer treated with 650 nm semiconductor laser after surgical treatment:a clinical study

目的评价650 nm半导体激光外照射对糖尿病足溃疡愈合是否有促进作用。方法 40例糖尿病足患者分成激光治疗组与传统治疗各20例,所有患者均给予相同传统治疗,激光治疗组另接受650 nm半导体激光外照射治疗。结果激光治疗组与传统治疗组治愈率和有效率率分别为70.0%vs 15.0%和20.0%vs 40.0%(P<0.01),激光治疗组与传统治疗组溃疡平均治愈时间分别为(38.08±3.57)天和(50.20±10.25)天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 650 nm半导体激光外照射疗法对糖尿病足溃疡治疗有较好疗效。

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of 650 nm semiconductor laser on the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods 40 patients were divided into two groups,one group treated with tradition method as control subjects and another with tradition laser method as treatment subjects.Results Concrescence rates in treatment and control subjects were 70.0% vs 15.0%,respectively（P〈0.01）.Effective rate in treatment and control subjects were improved 20.0% vs 40.0%,respectively（P〈0.01）.The durations of treatment in treatment and control subjects were（38.08±3.57） d vs（50.20±10.25） d（P〈0.01）.Conclusion 650 nm semiconductor laser can improve the ulcer of diabetic foot.
