On the Development Orientation of China's Social Security from the Cultural Perspective

以文化视角研究社会保障具有从"根子"上说明问题的意义。作为中国传统社会保障文化主体的"孝"文化对我国社会保障的发展产生了重要影响。中国社会保障新文化,既要吸取中国优秀的传统社会保障文化,又要结合现代社会保障的价值诉求,以此来指导中国社会保障的改革和发展方向。

To study social security from the cultural perspective is of great significance,for it can reveal the problems from the ＂root＂.As the main body of the traditional Chinese social security culture,the ＂filial piety＂ culture has a major impact on the development of China’s social security.As for the development of a new culture of China’s social security,we should not only absorb China’s outstanding traditional social security culture,but also combine the value demands of modern social security,so as to guide the reform and development of China’s social security.
