某炼钢厂接触噪声工人心电图检查结果分析

ECG Analysis on Steel Workers with Noise Exposure

目的了解噪声对炼钢厂工人心血管系统的影响。方法选择接触高噪声的炉前工482名为接触组,另选择接触低噪声作业的铁水工、脱硫工、精炼工525名为对照组,进行心电图检查。结果接触组心电图异常率为28.01%,对照组心电图异常率为14.10%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),接触组心电图异常率随作业工龄增加而增高。结论噪声对炼钢厂作业工人的心脏功能具有一定的损害,提示对作业工人进行健康监护是必要的。

[Objective]To study the effect of noise on steel workers’ECG.[Methods]Totally 482 blast furnace workers with noise exposure were selected as exposure group,other 525 workers engaged in carrying molten iron,desulfuration and refining process with low noise exposure were recruited as control group.ECG detection was conducted.[Results]ECG abnormal rate was 28.01% in exposure group,that in control group was 14.10%,the difference was significant （P0.01）.The abnormal rate of ECG increased with extending of service length.[Conclusion]Noise can induce adverse cardiac effects on exposed operators,suggesting the necessity of health surveillance of exposed workers.
