Analysis of Food Poisoning in Changshu City from 2006 to 2009

摘要 目的了解常熟市4年间食物中毒发生的规律及特点,提出相应的预防控制措施。方法收集该市2006—2009年上报食物中毒统计表及个案调查资料进行描述性分析。结果 4年内常熟市共发生食物中毒21起,中毒人数691人,年平均中毒人数173人,无死亡病例。中毒场所以集体食堂为主,其次是农村地区举办婚事、丧事、建房等家庭宴席,成为群体性食物中毒的高发场所;中毒季节以第3季度居首;中毒食品以肉类食物为主,微生物是导致中毒的主要致病因素。结论该市食物中毒起数和中毒人数有增加趋势,加强卫生监督和宣传教育是预防食物中毒的关键措施。 [Objective]To understand the rules and characteristics of food poisoning in Changshu City during 4 years,and provide corresponding preventive and control measures.[Methods]Descriptive analysis was performed on food poisoning tables and cases data reported during 2006-2009.[Results]A total of 21 incidents of food poisoning were reported in Changshu City,with 691 cases,the annual average number of poisoning cases was 173,without death case.Food poisoning mainly occurred in collective canteen,followed by family feasts for marriage,funeral and house building which has become the place with high incidence of food poisoning;most poisoning incidents occurred in the third quarter;the major food caused poisoning was meat products,and microorganism was the main course for poisoning.[Conclusion]The incidents and cases of food poisoning have the increasing trend.The key measure for food poisoning prevention is strengthening health supervision and propaganda and education.
