摘要
目的:探讨亚临床型生殖器疱疹患者的排毒与血清抗体检测及与药物治疗的相关性。方法:收集亚临床型生殖器疱疹患者,用分子生物学方法测定排毒质粒情况,及用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定患者血清抗体(IgG和IgM)情况,以及和用药治疗后排毒情况。结果:入选病例300例中,排毒阳性160例,占53.3%;其中男性190例中,排毒阳性90例,占47.4%:女性110例中,排毒阳性70例,占63.6%。总的排毒质粒数最高值4.41×103Copies/ml,最低值80,平均910。血清学抗体HSV-l及HSV-2IgG和IgM检测,入选300例中,阳性201例,占67.0%。排毒阳性160例中,血清学阳性71例,占44.4%,排毒阴性140例中,阳性110例,占78.6%,二者阳性率有极显著性差异(χ2=36.48,P<0.01)。排毒阳性160例中,用药治疗后二组(伐昔洛韦片组和阿昔洛韦咀嚼片组)第5天、第10天及第4个月抑制排毒情况与对照组相比,均有显著性差异。结论:排毒阳性患者用药治疗后能明显抑制患者排毒率。
Objective: To study the relations among the shedding of subclinical genital herpes virus,serum antibodies test and drug therapy.Methods: Using FQ-PCR to test the shedding of subclinical genital herpes virus and using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to test the serum antibodies(Ig G and IgM) and studying the change of the shedding of subclnical genital herpes virus treated with drugs.Results: Among total 300 cases,160 cases(53.3%) were HSV shedding positive,90 cases (47.4%) were positive among male 190 cases and 70 cases(63.6 %) were positive among female 110 cases.The total results of shedding showed the number of DNA plasmids ranged from 80 copies/ml to 4.41×103 and the mean was 910 among 160 positive cases.There were 201 cases(67.0%) who were serum HSV antibodies(IgG and/or IgM)positive among total 300 cases,71 cases(44.4%)serum antibodies positive among 160 cases who were HSV shedding positive,and 110 cases(78.6%)serum positive among 140 cases who were HSV Shedding negative,which suggested there was significant difference of serum antibodies(χ^2=36.48,P〈0.01)between HSV Shedding positives and negatives.The results of controlling HSV shedding showed significant difference compared with control group after the treatment on 160 HSV shedding positives with Valaciclovir tablets(group one,65 cases) and Aciclovir Chewable tablets(group two,65 cases)for 5 days,10 days and four months.Conclusion: Drugs(treating groups)can obviously control HSV shedding.
