微创血肿穿刺抽吸术治疗高血压性脑出血63例临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨微创血肿穿刺抽吸术治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效和影响疗效的主要因素。方法:回顾性分析微创血肿穿刺抽吸术治疗63例高血压性脑出血患者的术后疗效。结果:63例患者中存活58例(92.06%),改开颅手术2例(3.17%),死亡3例(4.76%),58例生存者中术后3个月随访,日常生活能力分级:Ⅰ-Ⅱ级45例(77.59%),Ⅲ级10例(17.24%),Ⅳ级3例(5.17%)。结论:经微创血肿穿刺抽吸术治疗高血压性脑出血安全、有效、病死率低、致残率低、预后好。 Objective: To discuss the healing efficacy of the minimally invasive hematoma evacuation for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and the main factors affecting the efficacy.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the postoperative effects of minimally invasive treatment of hematoma puncture pumping in 63 cases with hypertensive hemorrhage.Results: Of the total 63 patients,58 survive(92.06 %),2 turned to craniotomy(3.17%),3 died(4.76 %).37 survivors were visited regularly in 3 months after operation.Their daily living ability grades were classified: 45 patients were grades Ⅰ- Ⅱ(77.59%),10 patients grade Ⅲ(17.24 %),3 patients grade Ⅳ(5.17%).Conclusion: The minimally invasive hematoma puncture pumping treatment for hypertensive hemorrhage is safe and effective,having low morbidity,mortality and better prognosis.
