摘要
目的:了解儿童体内锌钙铁微量元素的含量,为更好地指导儿童合理补充微量元素提供科学依据。方法:应用原子吸收光谱仪对720例0-3岁儿童末梢血进行锌钙铁元素检测。结果:缺锌的发生率为36.25%,缺钙的发生率为18.33%,缺铁的发生率为4.86%。锌和铁的缺乏随年龄增长呈下降趋势,钙缺乏随年龄增长呈上升趋势。结论:应加强儿保门诊科学喂养知识宣传,指导家长及时添加辅食,营养全面均衡。定期监测锌、钙、铁元素,才能保障儿童健康成长。
Objective: To offer a scientific proof for guiding people to better supply children microelement through investigating the microelement contents of Zinc,Calcium and Ferrum in children's body.Methods: We applied Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy to detect Zinc,Calcium and Ferrum in the peripheral blood of 720 children ranging 0~3 years old.Results: The incidence of Zinc deficiency is 36.25%,calcium deficiency 18.33%,Iron deficiency 4.86%.As age increasing the deficiencies of Zinc and Ferrum go down,while the deficiency of Calcium goes up.Conclusion: The publicity of scientific children feeding knowledge in Child Health Clinics should be improved.Parents should be instructed to add solid food in time and to balance overall nutritions.Moreover,the microelement content of Zinc,Calcium and Ferrum should be regularly monitored to ensure children grow healthily.
