CT在颌下腺肿瘤中的诊断作用

Evaluation of CT in the diagnosis of submandibular gland neoplasms

目的:评价CT检查对颌下腺肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的14例颌下腺肿瘤的CT表现,左侧8例,右侧6例,其中多形性腺瘤6例,腺淋巴瘤2例,淋巴上皮癌2例,腺癌3例,黏液表皮样癌1例。结果:良性肿瘤8例,形态规整、密度均匀2例,密度不均6例,边界清楚6例,边界部分不清2例;6例恶性肿瘤,形态不规整4例,密度不均匀3例,密度均匀3例,边界不清4例,边界清楚2例。结论:CT能鉴别颌下腺内或腺外肿块,大多数颌下腺良、恶性肿瘤能鉴别,对颌下腺肿瘤的诊断有重要价值。

Objective： To evaluate and differentiate CT diagnosis of submandibular gland neoplasms.Methods： We retrospectively analyzed CT imaging of 14 patients with submandibular gland neoplasms confirmed by pathology.Of these 14 cases,8 tumors located left,6 right.There were 6 cases with pleomorphic adenoma,2 adenolymphoma,2 lymphoepithelial carcinoma,3 adenocarcinoma,and 1 pituitous epidermoid carcinoma.Results： Among 8 cases with benign tumor,CT demonstrated regular shape and homogenous density in 2 cases,heterogeneous density in 6,clear boundary in 6,and partly obscure boundaries in 2.Among 6 cases with malignant tumor,CT demonstrated irregular shape in 4,heterogeneous density in 3,homogenous density in 3,obscure boundary in 4,and clear boundary in 2.Conclusion： CT can identify tumors outside or inside the submandibular gland.Most of benign or malignant tumors of the submandibular gland neoplasms can be differentiated by CT scanning.CT has an important diagnostic value in submandibular gland neoplasms.
