我院门诊抗菌药物处方分析

Investigation into the use of antibacterials in pediatric outpatient department in hospital

目的:调查分析我院门诊抗菌药物使用现状,规范抗菌药物的使用。方法:按抗菌药物临床应用指导原则,采用回顾性分析,随机抽取2009年第二季度门诊处方4 000张,统计处方中抗菌药物的品种、数量、联合用药等情况。结果:共抽查处方4 000张,含抗菌药物处方2 046张,单用、联用抗菌药物处方各占使用抗菌药物处方的78.45%和21.55%。结论:我院使用抗菌药物情况基本合理,还需加强宣传抗菌药物的使用原则,确保抗菌药物在临床发挥其最佳作用。

Objective： To investigate the use of antibacterials in pediatric outpatient department and to standarize the rationality of drug uses.Methods： A total of 4000 prescriptions in the second season of 2009 were randomly examined.The variety,quantity and utilization of antibacterials were statistically analyzed.Results： Of 2046 prescriptions containing antibacterials,78.45% of the antibacterial drugs were for single use,21.55% for combined use.Conclusion： The use of antibacterials in pedicatric outpatient department is basically rational.The propaganda of the principle for the rational administration of antibacterial should be intensified in order to ensure the best drug efficiency in the clinical use of antibacterials.
