南京市浦口区在岗医务人员艾滋病职业暴露现况

Status of Occupational Exposure to AIDS among Medical Staff on The Post in Pukou District of Nanjing City

目的掌握浦口区在岗医务人员艾滋病防护知识及其应用情况。方法应用事先自行设计好的调查研究表格,按照整群抽样的方法,由经培训的合格专业人员,对全区在岗的医务人员进行艾滋病防护知识及意外损伤和处理现况进行调查,建立数据库,应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果全区在岗医务人员掌握及应用艾滋病防治知识总体知晓率达80.2%,能够正确掌握暴露防护分级知识的有69.7%,知识来源呈现多元化。有职业意外损伤史的人员为78.1%,意外损伤后63.0%采取清洗消毒。不同的医疗机构、专业在相关知识、意外损伤程度及防制态度行为方面差异有统计学意义。结论应加强全区在岗医务人员有关艾滋病防护防制知识的进一步培训指导,规范操作,降低意外损伤率,规范意外损伤后的处理和相关防制行为。

[Objective]To understand the awareness and application of AIDS prevention knowledge among medical staff on the post in Pukou District.[Methods]In accordance with the method of cluster sampling,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate all the medical staff on the post of the whole region on knowledge about AIDS protection,accidental damage and treatment.The results were formed into a database and statistically analyzed by software SPSS 13.0.[Results]The total awareness rate of knowledge about AIDS prevention and application among medical staff was 80.2%,69.7% could correctly grasp the knowledge about exposure protection classification,the source of knowledge is diversified.78.1% had the history of accidental injury,among which 63.0% had taken disinfection.The differences of accidental injury degree and prevention attitude and behavior between different medical institutions and different professionals were significant.[Conclusion]The knowledge training about AIDS prevention among medical staff on the post of the whole region should be further strengthened.It is necessary to standardize the operation to reduce the rate of accidental injury,and to regulate the handling and accident-related injury prevention behavior.
