HPLC测定复方矮地茶片中岩白菜素的含量

Determination of Bergenin in Compound Fufangaidicha Tablet by HPLC

目的:建立复方矮地茶片中岩白菜素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Agient C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(20∶80);流速1.0 mL·min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长275 nm。结果:岩白菜素在0.050 72～0.760 8μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率100.6%(n=6),RSD 1.8%。结论:本文建立的含量测定方法简便、准确,重复性好,可有效控制复方矮地茶的质量。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination of bergenin in compound Fufangaidicha Tablet.Method：Bergenin was determined by HPLC.Agilent DB-Cl8 column（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm）was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（20∶ 80）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was at 35 ℃;The detection wavelength was at 275 nm.Result： The linear ranges of Bergenin was in 0.050 72 ～0.760 8 μg（r =0.999 9）,the average recovery（n =9） was 100.6% with RSD 1.8%.Conclusion：The method can be used for the quality control of Fufangaidicha Tablets.
