摘要
目的:研究海洋岩盘深层水中药复方制剂(HYYPSCS)保护胃黏膜,调节肠胃功能的作用及机制。方法:采用乙醇ig给药法致正常小鼠胃溃疡,观察HYYPSCS(1 925,3 850,7 700 mg·kg-1,qd,ig给药5 d)对胃黏膜的保护作用,计算溃疡指数和溃疡抑制率,测定胃SOD和MDA活性,并考察HYYPSCS对小肠推进率的影响。结果:HYYPSCS给药组溃疡指数和MDA活性均低于乙醇损伤组,中剂量组SOD活性显著高于乙醇损伤组(P<0.05),各给药组对小鼠肠运动的促进作用均显著高于空白组(P<0.01)。结论:HYYPSCS显著促进胃肠蠕动且对乙醇致小鼠胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Concentrated Mineral Water and Chinese Hebal Compound(HYYPSCS) on gastrointestinal function in mice.Method:HYYPSCS(7700,3850 and 1925 mg·kg-1) was ig administrated once a day for 5 days.Acute gastric lesion was induced by ethanol in mice.The ulcer index,ulcer inhibition rate,SOD,MDA and the effect of HYYPSCS on intestinal activities was assessed.Result:Compared with ethanol group,HYYPSCS significantly reduced the ulcer index(P 0.01),MDA activity(P 0.01) and SOD activity was significantly increased(P 0.05).Compared with Normal group,HYYPSCS can significantly excited intestinal propulsive function(P 0.01).Conclusion:HYYPSCS can excite gastrointestinal peristalsis and has protective effect on the gastric lesion induced by ethanol in mice.
