绘“十二五”新蓝图,交通运输部推进现代交通运输业发展

Transport Ministry Promotes Modern Transportation Industry Development for Drawing New Chapter of Twelfth Five Years Plan

日前,交通运输部道路运输司组织起草了《道路运输业"十二五"发展规划纲要(征求意见稿)》、《城市公共交通"十二五"发展规划纲要(征求意见稿)》和《"十二五"道路运输应急体系建设规划(征求意见稿)》等3项专项规划(以下统称为规划)。在规划中记者看到,"十二五"期间,交通运输部将通过理念、政策、体制、机制和技术的全面创新,一方面着力改造传统产业形态,不断提高运输站场、车辆装备、从业队伍等要素的技术水平,增强运输组织能力,加快结构调整,促进产业升级;另一方面,充分发挥自身比较优势,强化与其他运输方式的有效衔接和良性互动,促进综合运输体系和现代物流发展。同时,为了积极推进现代道路运输业发展,考虑到城市公交客运的特殊性,其"十二五"规划纲要为另行订制。
